A name, location, or other term entered in a search box is transmitted to the third-party provider that operates the tool. We do not store or log those search terms on our own systems.

If you email us or send a contact message, we retain the information needed to read and answer it. We do not share that correspondence outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law.
